'Happiness' - the experience of joy, contentment, or positive well-being, combined with a sense that one’s life is good, meaningful, and worthwhile.
Thinking about you and your life. Are there areas which don't feel great; areas which don't help you feel happy? Okay. Hold onto that area for a moment and start to think about the repercussions of this on the other areas of your life. Every facet of our existence reflects the other areas of our life, and what are we here for if not to experience happiness? Change requires confidence and opportunity, and that's where I come in.
My role is to help you discover different, more powerful and joyful ways to approach life and support you hypnotically to create those changes. With knowledge, confidence and self-belief, you will be amazed at how you start to recognise the opportunities which are already there - just waiting for you!
Increasing your 'Happiness set-point' - the level you naturally settle at - isn't a 'quick fix'. However there are some things we can do to nudge it up.
Did you know that research has shown that 50% of your happiness is genetic, 10% is due to your current life circumstances and 40% is controlled by your choices. By applying the scientific understanding of happiness we can tap into that 40% of happiness by choice, rediscover the best of the genetic 50% and maybe improve the 10% by improving life generally.
