Increasing your 'Happiness set-point' - the level you naturally settle at - isn't a 'quick fix'.  However there are some things we can do to nudge it up. 

Did you know that research has shown that 50% of your happiness is genetic, 10% is due to your current life circumstances and 40% is controlled by your choices.  By applying the scientific understanding of happiness we can tap into that 40% of happiness by choice, rediscover the best of the genetic 50% and maybe improve the 10% by improving life generally.

With eye contact and childlike playfulness we combine laughter exercises with yoga breathing and meditation.  It's a scientific fact that your body and mind cannot differentiate between real and fake laughter if it's "done with willingness."

Laughter yoga is a unique concept where people laugh without the need for humour, jokes or comedy. We initiate laughter as an exercise in a group online, and with eye contact and childlike playfulness it soon becomes real and infectious. It combines laughter exercises with yoga breathing and meditation.  It's a scientific fact that your body and mind cannot differentiate between real and fake laughter if it's "done with willingness."  

Natural laughter only lasts 3-4 seconds at a time, so LY as an exercise fulfils the need for 10-15 minutes sustained, deep, hearty and unconditional laughter for health benefits.
